  • 4 artichokes
  • 60 grams of brown rice
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil

  • 4 mushrooms
  • 12 asparagus
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 green pepper
  • Salt (very little)
  • Pepper
  • 3 eggs

We will begin by cleaning the mushrooms and cutting them into slices so that they integrate with our sauté; it continues to do the same with the asparagus, also removing the tail of the stem that is harder. You can chop them into small pieces or leave them almost whole, as you prefer! Next, we will cut the tomatoes into cubes and the pepper, which, in this case, is better cut into strips.

  • 500 grams of frozen spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 clove of garlic

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
