- 500 gr of blackberries
- 650 ml milk
- a natural yogurt and a half
Steps to follow to make this recipe:
One.The first step to make this refreshing smoothie is to wash the blackberries very well with water, remove the tail if they have any, and drain them. Do this very carefully to avoid breaking the berries early.
Two.Then, add the blackberries together with the milk in the blender glass and beat both ingredients for a few seconds. Now add the plain yogurt and four tablespoons of white sugar. If you want the blackberry smoothie to be smoother, you can use icing sugar. Beat all the ingredients until you see that they are completely integrated.
3.When you see that the mixture is homogeneous, you should filter it with a strainer to remove the seeds of the blackberries and possible remains of fruit that have not been beaten well.
