  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup liquid sweetener

The first step is to combine the eggs with the sugar in a bowl and beat it hard until a foamy texture appears. Separately we will put the milk to boil and, when it breaks the boil, we will add the egg with the sugar that we have beaten. While it is being made we will have to put a little sweetener in the molds for the custards and, if we want, we can add a little vanilla essence here.

Light rice pudding

Another delicious dessert that we usually have to give up when we are on a diet is rice pudding because it contains carbohydrates, sugar and many fats. However, if we prepare this dessert ourselves we can reduce its caloric intake and get a perfect light dessert to include sporadically in our diet.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 120 grams of rice
  • 4 glasses of skim milk
  • The skin of 1 lemon
  • The skin of 1 orange
  • Sweetener
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Ground cinnamon (optional)

The preparation method is very simple: first we have to boil the rice for only 3 minutes to get rid of the starch. In addition, we will have to boil the milk next to the orange and lemon peel; then we will add the rice and let it cook all together for about 25 or 30 minutes.

Towards the middle of cooking, that is, when about 15 minutes have passed, we will have to add the sweetener and 2 cinnamon sticks. Mix all the ingredients well to avoid creating cream from the milk. When the time has passed you will only have to turn off the fire and let the dessert cool; Sprinkle some ground cinnamon on top and enjoy a delicious treat!

Low calorie orange sorbet

To prepare a lighter dessert made with fruit, we are going to suggest that you learn how to make an orange sorbet but that it is suitable for losing weight. For this reason, and as we have been doing so far, we will only have to modify some of the ingredients and thus reduce calories as much as possible.

Ingredients you need:

  • 6 oranges
  • Liquid sweetener
  • 500 milliliters of water
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Peel of an orange

To make this low-calorie dessert we will need to extract the juice from the oranges. Then we will have to get hold of a small saucepan and add the water and the sweetener; we will remove everything and after a short while we will have to add the juice of the oranges that we have squeezed at the beginning. Here, if you want, you can also add the juice of half a lemon to give a more citrus touch to your recipe but this step is totally optional.

Stir all the ingredients for 5 minutes and then put them in a glass container. Put it in the freezer and leave it for at least half an hour. Then you just have to take out and prepare to enjoy a delicious and low-fat sweet. To eat!

Custard for weight loss

If you like sweets but you don’t like spending a lot of time in the kitchen, custard is your best option. It is a very simple and quick dessert to make and that modifying some ingredients can be part of your diet to lose weight. You will need to:

  • 500 ml. skim milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 sachets of sweetener
  • 1 branch of vanilla
  • Ground cinnamon (optional)

We start with this recipe by bringing the milk to a boil with the vanilla over low heat. Whilst it is heating, beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add the sweetener; when the milk boils, take the pot off the heat and remove the vanilla stick. Then add the boiling milk in the mixture where you have the eggs and stir.

Now you just have to add the mixture in individual molds and preheat the oven to 160 degrees. When it’s hot, put the custard in and cook for about 20 minutes. To finish, take out this dessert and let it cool for 1 hour, sprinkle with the cinnamon and ready to eat!

Light cake for diet

If you want to prepare a cake for a birthday or a celebration, you should know that you can do it in a light way without anyone noticing the change. By modifying the ingredients, we get the calories in this recipe to drop by 20%, which is why it is a good option to continue with the diet but give yourself a little whim in the event that a special celebration arises.

Ingredients:

  • 125 grams of sweetener
  • 4 egg whites
  • 50 grams of starch
  • 75 grams wheat flour

The procedure is very simple because we have to beat the whites until stiff and, when we have them, we will add the sweetener. Next we add the flour, the starch and we stir again. When it is ready we just have to put this pasta in a mold and bake it at 180 degrees for about 25 or 30 minutes.

In general, we must tell you that if you want to eat desserts without getting fat, you will have to change some ingredients that are part of traditional recipes and replace them with others with fewer calories and that will hardly modify the flavor. So, mainly what we change is:
