Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of gluten-free flour
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 90 grams of water
  • Salt

Steps to follow to make this recipe:

One.The first step to make gluten-free puff pastry is to dump the flour and sift it to avoid lumps; next, mix the sifted flour, the very cold water (the best thing is that it has been previously in the fridge), the butter and a tablespoon of salt in a bowl.

We will have to put it in the container placing the ingredients like a volcano and mix all the ingredients until we manage to create the puff pastry dough.

Two.When we have obtained the puff pastry, we must wrap it with a transparent paper and store it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. After this time, we must remove the gluten-free puff pastry from the plastic and place it on a surface dipped in flour to stretch it.

3.We will have to stretch the dough forming a rectangle and, when we have it, we will have to fold it on itself in three parts; then we will stretch the dough again and repeat the same action for at least 4 more times to make the dough manageable and perfect for our gluten-free recipe .

4.When we have finished repeating the previous process with the gluten-free puff pastry, we must cover it again with transparent film and place it in the fridge for another half hour.
