Ingredients:

  • 400 g chickpeas
  • 1 cup of lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt

  • A pan

Steps to follow to make this recipe:

One.Place the chickpeas the day before in a large bowl with water. Let them soak for at least 24 hours.

Two.Drain the chickpeas with the help of a strainer.

3.Put the chickpeas in a pot with water and bring them to the boil until you see that they are very tender, to be able to prepare a good puree.

4.Grind the chickpeas together with the peeled and chopped garlic, until it becomes a well homogeneous mass.

5.When you have the chickpea puree done, add the salt to taste.

6.Then add the sesame seeds and lemon juice. Stir well so that everything is well mixed.

Tips

  • To get a smoother flavor puree, you can add a natural yogurt at the time of grinding all the ingredients.
  • To decorate the plate you can put a drizzle of oil in the middle of the plate or put a few pot chickpeas in the middle of the puree as a decoration.
