Beat the cheese until creamy and add half a cup of sweetener. Then, add the egg yolks and the vanilla essence, beating everything until they are in the same mixture. Beat the egg whites and add it to this mixture.

Add the mixture to the cake pans and bake for 20 minutes. Let that cool down and then add the raspberry pieces.

Lemon cake

This is another one of the least calorie cakes you can find. As in the previous ones, the trick lies in substituting the higher calorie ingredients with others that are light.

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr. skim cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 3/4 of cup of powdered sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation:

We will start this light cake by beating the cheese, eggs, half of the yogurt and the sweetener. When we have the mixture, we must introduce it into a mold and put it in the oven at a medium temperature for 35 minutes.

While the mixture is cooking in the oven, we must mix the other half of the yogurt with the lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of sweetener. When we remove the mixture from the oven, we must spread this second mixture over it and put the cake back in the oven for 5 more minutes.
