- 1 cup of plain yogurt

- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
We will start this light cake by beating the cheese, eggs, half of the yogurt and the sweetener. When we have the mixture, we must introduce it into a mold and put it in the oven at a medium temperature for 35 minutes.
While the mixture is cooking in the oven, we must mix the other half of the yogurt with the lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of sweetener. When we remove the mixture from the oven, we must spread this second mixture over it and put the cake back in the oven for 5 more minutes.
